Why I do what I do
I believe organisations thrive when their people do. But too often, adaptive challenges—like alignment, leadership, and cultural cohesion—get treated like technical problems. I help teams and leaders work through complexity, not around it. My motivation is simple: to unlock potential, build clarity, and create the conditions where great work and growth can happen. I’m also working toward becoming a CEO who leads from experience, not just expertise—who knows how to move systems by empowering people.
How I work
I take a systemic, human-centered approach to transformation. I partner closely with leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams to align strategy with execution, and purpose with performance. I’ve led engineering teams, coached executives, managed enterprise-wide change efforts, and worked side by side with HR on talent, culture, and Agile HR initiatives. I earned my SHRM-SCP certification to deepen that work, because people are always at the heart of lasting change. I’m often called “the rock in the storm”—a calm, focused presence when stakes are high and conditions are uncertain.
What I bring
Clarity, steadiness, and momentum. I’ve built and led high-performing teams, supported large-scale change in regulated industries, and helped senior leaders drive strategic progress across complex organisations. I bring structure, emotional intelligence, and a strong bias for execution—without losing sight of the bigger picture. I’m also writing two books: one on vertical leadership development, the other on navigating transformation through systems thinking.
I’m a lifelong learner, a longtime vegan, and someone who believes in doing the work with integrity and curiosity.
