Jared Duggan

Based in Munich, I’ve spent the past 15 years working at the intersection of Lean-Agile Transformation, Organisational Development, Operations, and Talent Development. My career has taken me from early-stage startups to well-funded scale-ups and global enterprises, each experience deepening my understanding of how organisations grow, align, and sustain momentum.

I’m now looking to channel that experience into a senior leadership role, such as Chief of Staff, Head of Transformation, or Senior Product Manager, where I can apply myself fully to help organisations evolve and perform at their best.

I always have a fiction and a non-fiction book on the go, and long rides through the countryside or the occasional canoe-camping trip give me space to reset, reflect, and recharge.

I’m also nearing completion of a manuscript for a framework codenamed SOAR!. It’s a practical guide for leaders who want to build a stronger narrative, cut through noise, drive alignment, and lead with greater clarity and impact.
