Jared Duggan

I believe most organisations underperform not because people lack skill or effort, but because the forces shaping their work are poorly understood and rarely made explicit. I help leaders make sense of those forces by modelling how productivity, resistance, and structure interact across teams and organisations. In practice, this means working with executives and delivery leaders to surface hidden constraints, improve operational coherence, and turn effort into durable performance.

Based in Munich, I’ve spent over 15 years working at the intersection of Lean-Agile transformation, organisational development, operations, people management, and talent development. My career has taken me from coaching early-stage startups to helping lead well-funded scale-ups during their initial ramp-ups, to supporting global enterprises to work more agile. Each experience has deepening my love for helping organisations better understand how to grow, align, and sustain momentum.

As a transformation leader it’s critical to have high openness, a growth mindset, strong ownership of outcomes and the ability to deliver meaningful change that benefits customers and the wider business regardless of the industry.

I’m now looking to channel that experience into a senior leadership role, such as Chief of Staff or Head of Business Transformation where I can help yet another organisation evolve and perform beyond the sum of its parts.

About My Passion Project

I’m also nearing completion of a manuscript about a new sensemaking framework I’ve been refining on the field since around 2021. It’s a practical framework for leaders who want to cut through the noise, drive alignment, and lead with greater clarity and impact.
